INTRODUCTION

I’m committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected and providing you with an informative and safe website, without the worry of your personal information being used in the wrong way.  While you are browsing my website (francescaclark.com) some information is collected about you. This information, which is typical of most websites, helps me to know how many people visit the site and how I can best serve you. It helps me make sure my website is working effectively and that people who visit it are finding the information they are looking for.

PRIVACY POLICY 

I am Francesca Hutchinson and I trade as “Francesca Clark Celebrant” and I can be contacted via email at francesca@francescaclark.com or by post, 17 Warescot Road, Brenwood, Essex, CM15 9HF.

I may process “personal data” and or “special category data” as defined in UK data protection legislation. This processing may be on my own behalf or on behalf of my clients – either way I process data as part of the contracted services and/or my administration, to allow me to perform my role to the best of my abilities. I may process your data in either electronic or paper formats.  When processed electronically, data may be held on a cloud based system (such as Dropbox) and or on a local server.

Regardless of how the data is processed, all feasible measures are in place to maintain its security.  Data is held as long as it is relevant to the purpose for collection and or if there is a statutory retention period. All data is destroyed by secure means when no longer required.

Data may be shared with third parties as part of my contracted services and or if I am required by law to do so.  An example of this is relevant client information when reporting accounting information to HMRC. I cannot accept any liability for any processing conducted by a third party outside my remit.

Cookies are internet files used by the system to view websites and their content.  I utilise analytical cookies to help me monitor and develop my website. As part of my compliance, I have conducted a cookie audit on my website.
